We can only offer refunds if an event has been cancelled or rescheduled. If your event has been cancelled or postponed from the date originally planned or if Event Organisers make any changes to your event's status, we'll email you to let you know.

If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Organizer, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges unless otherwise notified at the time of purchase). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund. Neither kGarira nor the Organizer will be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.

kGarira will only offer a refund if the organizer cancels, reschedules, or significantly relocates an event. kGarira will manage all refunds for canceled or rescheduled events. kGarira will not offer refunds for:

Incorrect purchases

Changes in ability to attend the event

Personal circumstances

External factors like adverse weather

kGarira will not issue a refund if the ticket was used to access the venue on the rescheduled date.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are only applicable for purchases made directly through kGarira.com.

To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 5 days of the original purchase date.

Deduction for Payment Processing:

A 3% deduction will be applied to the refunded amount to cover payment processing charges incurred during the initial transaction.
